Phillip (P.J.) Jones

This is a photo I took for my book of artists and their art. My friend P.J. is a street art painter and in this photo he is posing next to on of his creations.

Body

I shot this for an assignment where we had to take pictures of body parts. I decided to get a little intimate with it. The lighting was pretty simple. I only used one hot light with an incandescent bulb.

Clearing the Air

Hi everybody, I just thought I would clear the air a bit. I got an email from somebody who is a little confused as to which 5d I’m using in my photos. Just so everybody knows, I’m using a 5d MkII in every single photo except the ones labeled 40d. I don’t know why I dont add the “MkII” to the description but I do put it in the tags. I was going to go back and fix all my photos and label them as being shot with a 5d MkII but I realized that it is more work than I want to go through. Thank you all for looking at my work and enjoying it. Feel free to email me and ask any questions that you want.

Peace & Love,
Clarence Smith

Loneliness

This photo is a self portrait representing my stress and loneliness. This was shot with just the modeling light on an alienbee strobe.

Cale Glendening

This is Cale Glendening. He is a director/cinematographer from Muskogee, Ok. He came to my school to talk to us about what he does and give us advice. I had the pleasure of shooting him after his talk. Check him out at www.caleglendening.com
